Welcome to Place des Arts

Are you presenting, producing or holding a cultural, corporate, institutional, social or private event? Place des Arts du Grand Sudbury offers rentals of its facilities throughout the year! Here’s a quick breakdown of spaces available to rent:  

Le Bistro: A small, cozy space that can host small private musical parties while enjoying amazing food and drinks. It can accommodate up to 40 people. Not looking to rent? Stop by and enjoy a meal/drink Wednesday-Friday, 4-9 pm.

Studio Desjardins: both a rehearsal and performance space, this versatile space can be quickly transformed and allows for specific arrangements for each event.

Grande Salle: a 299-seat performance hall with specialized equipment and production spaces. It hosts a variety of events such as concerts, dance performances, and conferences. 

Zone: this space is best suited for small group meetings and conferences, cocktail parties or wine and cheese evenings. Zone can accommodate up to 50 people and has access to an outdoor balcony.
